Apple Pie Bread: We stuff our Country Buttertop dough

Pumpernickel Brick. Loaded with caraway seeds and grains, this whole

Beer Bread: Our recipe is a take-off of a vintage 19th
century German recipe utilizing a classic dark beer. Beer Bread is an
excellent accompaniment to meals planned with Scandinavian overtones,
particularly ham or roasted meats.

most often for the Christmas holiday. Ours is a variation of a recipe
first used in 1486. A hint of rum gives the flavor depth and it is
