Volunteer
Registration:
Thank you for taking the time to make the arrangements
for yourself and/or your group to become a part of
The KenMat Foundation. The mission of The KenMat
Foundation is to partner with communities and families in
need of assistance, bringing together people from all
walks of life to support our communities. Our mission can only be
accomplished through the generous volunteer support of
people like yourself. Please read all sections of this
Volunteer Menu thoroughly; it describes everything you
need to know regarding a volunteer date with The
KenMat Foundation.
We will be working on our new building weekly every
Sunday begging (date & time to be determined)
Age Requirements:
Age Requirements vary upon project.
We do have opportunities for ages 10-17 year
round. Please contact us for more
details.
Staff volunteers should be at least 18 years old, although 16
and 17-year-old youth volunteers may come if accompanied
by one adult supervisor for every four youths.
Volunteers ages 16 and 17 years old are not allowed to
use any power tools or work from heights (on a roof or
on scaffolding) on the construction site. Adult
supervisors accompanying 16 and 17 year old persons
assume responsibility of compliance. Volunteers 12-15
must be accompanied by their parents who must remain on
the premises at all times.

Individuals ages under 17 without an adult supervisor
and persons younger than 16 years of age are not
permitted to volunteer unless the parent is present on
the premises

Fill out a volunteer
Waiver of Liability Form and bring
it to the site with you. Do not fax the form. Anyone
ages 12-17 MUST have a parent or Guardian’s signature on
the Waiver for minors to volunteer at the building's site.
