Anonymous selections are based on individual need and are not restricted to gender, race or creed. Deserving young people who are in need of our assistance are recommended to us by schools, community groups, churches, and along with foundation members .  Final selection of the recipients are made by the directors of the foundation.  Directors hold a 2 year term to insure that distribution of funds are properly and fairly distributed.
