The KenMat Foundation is dedicated to helping low income families find affordable safe and secure housing.  To see if you qualify and to be considered for leasing or homeownership in one of our renovated homes please complete our online application.  Once we have received your application a staff member will contact  you regarding your needs.  

Applicants need to meet four criteria:
Ability to Pay
Must have a minimum annual income of $22,000 per year; maximum depends on family size.
Debt-to-income ratio of 40% or less.
Need 
Currently living in substandard housing or have lost your home due to foreclosure.
Willingness to Partner  (Home ownership only)
250 sweat equity hours for single applicant and 300 hours for joint applicant with 100-200 sweat equity hours participating in preparing the home.
Service Area Resident - for at least 6 months.

 
Applications are processed monthly.
