If  your pc requires pc to pc support and it did not come with this link pre-installed on your desktop (located in the Utilities folder on your desktop) - download TeamViewer.  No information from your computer is ever stored with us.  Submit your trouble ticket and our support staff will contact you to go over your problem online with you at a convenient time.  Please provide us a day and time that is best to contact you.
